2014年是世界杯之年,更为特别的是,本届世界杯足球赛将再次回到巴西这个足球王国。在6月12日-7月13日的32天里,整个地球将按照“同一个节奏”(2014年巴西世界杯口号,All in one rhythm)来运转。中央电视台作为中国大陆地区唯一的世界杯独家全媒体版权拥有者,将通过CCTV-1、CCTV-5两个频道全程报道64场比赛。在比赛期间的32天里,CCTV-5将成为名副其实的世界杯频道,加上CCTV-1、CCTV-5+、风云足球频道的配合,中央电视台将以比往届更大的规模和投入来完成巴西世界杯的报道。
