华生、何家成等人提出的资产经营责任制,虽然是未加验证的设论,但以其对中国国情的清醒认识和严密的逻辑分析,为进一步改革提出了一条新颖的思路。资产经营责任制不但是城市经济改革所有制选择的大胆破题,不但是微观经济基础重新构造的一条途径,而且还是有计划商品经济条件下对国民经济实行信用管理问题的新探索。
Although the asset management responsibility system put forward by Watson, He Jiacheng, etc., is an unproven set theory, its clear understanding of China’s national conditions and rigorous logical analysis have provided a new way of thinking for further reforms. The asset management responsibility system is not only a bold problem in the choice of ownership of urban economic reforms, it is not only a way to reconstruct the microeconomic foundation, but also a new exploration of the implementation of credit management issues for the national economy under the conditions of planned commodity economy.
