目的检测罗定市5个地方性氟中毒村的水氟、尿氟,了解该地区地方性氟中毒的现状及防治效果。方法氟斑牙诊断采用Dean氏氟斑牙诊断方法;水氟检测采用GB/T 5750.5—2006《生活饮用水标准检验方法》;尿中氟化物的测定采用离子选择电极法;氟骨症诊断采用地方性氟骨症诊断标准。结果 1989年采取改水降氟措施后,本次水氟、尿氟检测均未超标,氟斑牙患病率迅速下降,本市地氟病得到有效的控制。结论政府应强化氟病区群众的防病意识,加强对各病区改水设施的管理,保持正常运作,并定期监测。
Objective To detect the fluoride and urinary fluoride in five endemic fluorosis villages in Luoding and to understand the status and prevention and cure of endemic fluorosis in this area. Methods The diagnosis of dental fluorosis was based on the diagnostic method of Dean’s dental fluorosis. The fluoride test was performed on the standard test method of drinking water GB / T 5750.5-2006. The fluoride ion in urine was determined by ion selective electrode method. Local skeletal fluorosis diagnostic criteria. Results In 1989, after taking measures to change water and reduce fluoride, the tests of fluorine and urinary fluoride did not exceed the standard, the prevalence of dental fluorosis decreased rapidly, and the endemic fluorosis in the city was effectively controlled. Conclusion The government should strengthen awareness of disease prevention among the people living in fluorosis area, strengthen the management of water diversion facilities in each ward, maintain normal operation and regularly monitor it.
