薄板坯连铸连轧生产线上摆剪传动齿轮箱高速轴轴承故障时有发生,轴承工作游隙不足是导致故障的根本原因。为了满足轴承刚度和游隙的双重需要,通过对高速轴的受力分析和计算,得出了某型号摆剪所用圆锥滚子轴承对合理的预紧力大小范围。通过调整端盖垫片的厚度,解决了轴颈尺寸超公差情况下,轴承预紧过度的问题。
