行政处罚决定书是记载和反映对违反行政管理秩序的行为人给予行政处罚情况的一种法律文书。《中华人民共和国行政处罚法》中明确规定,对于公民、法人或者其他组织违反行政管理秩序的行为,应由国家行政机关依照法定程序予以处罚。在进行行政处罚时,应当制作行政处罚决定书。它一经制发,有关的公民、法人或者其他组织必须在行政处罚决定书规定的期限内,认真履行。如不服行
The decision letter of administrative punishment is a legal document that records and reflects administrative penalties imposed on the perpetrators who violated the administrative order. The Law of the People’s Republic of China on Administrative Punishment clearly stipulates that a violation of administrative order by a citizen, a legal person or any other organization shall be punished by the state administrative organ in accordance with the legal procedures. When carrying out administrative punishment, a decision letter of administrative penalty shall be made. Once it is made, the relevant citizens, legal persons or other organizations must conscientiously fulfill the deadline set by the administrative punishment decision. If not obeyed
