通过对杂交籼稻若干组合的苗期、成株期和田间褐飞虱的抗性作了3 年的研究,结果表明协优963 等4 个组合具苗期抗褐飞虱的能力,协优963 等3 个组合成株期表现为抗褐飞虱。通过对褐飞虱田间抗性的鉴定,表明协优963 田间持抗能力优于汕优10 号。建议在大田生产过程中,防治协优963 褐飞虱为害的施药次数可比汕优10 号减少一次。比较受测组合的成株期抗性与苗期抗性,两者表现不完全一致。采用实用、经济、有效的综合评价方法,才能正确地评价品种的褐飞虱抗性,以避免单一地采用苗期抗级评价抗性造成的偏差。
Three years of seedling, adult and field resistance of BPH in several indica hybrid rice combinations were studied. The results showed that the combination of Xieyou 963 could resist BPH at seedling stage and that of Xieyou 963 Adult plants showed resistance to brown planthopper. Through the identification of BPH resistance in the field, it showed that the resistance of Xieyou 963 was better than that of Shanyou 10. It is suggested that the number of pesticides applied in the control of Xieyou 963 BPH can be reduced by one time when compared with that of Shanyou 10 during the field production. Compared with the tested combination of adult plant resistance and seedling resistance, the performance of the two is not exactly the same. Practical, economical and effective comprehensive evaluation methods can be used to evaluate the resistance of N. lugens to different varieties in order to avoid the deviation caused by resistance evaluation at seedling stage.
