本文提出了一种测量高精度箱体孔系同轴度的方法.它是将装有电感测头的测棒 支承在两球顶尖间,用以代替精密回转轴系,测出诸孔的形状及位置误差信息后,藉 助于微型电子计算机进行数据处理.求得孔系的同轴度误差。该方法及其装置测量精 度高,可达微米级,结构简单,操作方便,对环境无苛刻要求,适宜在生产线上使 用。
