哈尔滨市国土资源档案室是哈尔滨市国土资源局直属事业单位,负责局机关档案的收集、整理、保管及档案资料的开发利用,对所属区市县国土管理部门档案管理的指导工作。多年来,在哈尔滨市档案局的帮助指导和局党组的直接领导下,他们在档案管理制度化、规范化上下功夫,加强档案工作的人力、物力、财力投入,努力提高档案利用效率,实现了档案资料数字化。
