心理健康教育课程是各高职高专学校进行心理健康教育的重要途径之一。在心理健康教育课程教学中,围绕教学目的引入团体辅导,合理设计安排教学,有利于教学效果的提高,能切实有效地促进高职高专学生身心全面健康发展。
