第一节概述实现不同形式能量之间转换的器件叫换能器,实现电能与声能之间转换的器件叫电声换能器,探头就是用于超声检测技术中的电声换能器。在超声检测技术中,都是以电为工具来产生超声和接收显示超声,完成它们之间转换的关键设备是探头,因而人们称它为超声检测中的耳目。正因如此,近年来对探头的研究与制造,越来越引起人们的重视。探头虽小,但它集中了大量声学的基本问题,如吸收衰减问题、复合体的基本振动问题、电声能量之间转换问题、以及多层波导传播问题。因而对探头问题的处理也是较为复杂的,这里只做一般的介绍.
The first section outlines the realization of different forms of energy conversion device called transducer, to achieve the conversion between electrical energy and acoustic energy device called electro-acoustic transducer, the probe is used in ultrasonic testing technology electro-acoustic transducer. In the ultrasonic testing technology, the key equipment for generating ultrasonic waves and receiving and displaying the ultrasonic waves by using the electric tools is the probe, so people call it the ear of the ultrasonic testing. Because of this, in recent years, the research and manufacture of the probe has attracted more and more attention. The probe is small, but it focuses on a large number of acoustic basic problems such as absorption attenuation problems, complex fundamental vibration problems, electroacoustic energy transition problems, and multilayer waveguide propagation problems. Therefore, the treatment of the probe problem is more complicated, only a general introduction here.
