冶炼厂废气净化新技术—— 非定态SO2转化的工业化示范工程 低浓度冶炼烟气,如炼铅锌矿废气含SO2 3%左右,采用非定态SO2转化技术制取浓硫酸目前已在济源豫光金铅集团及安阳豫北金属冶炼厂建立了年产30 kl硫酸装置。主要技术路线为低浓度冶炼烟气经除尘降温、净化和干燥后进入非定态SO2转化器,将SO2转化为SO2,然后吸收SO2制取浓硫酸。
New technology of smelter exhaust gas purification - industrialization demonstration project of non-steady-state SO2 conversion, low-concentration smelting flue gas, such as smelting lead-zinc ore waste gas containing about 3% of SO2, using non-steady-state SO2 conversion technology to produce concentrated sulfuric acid is currently in Jiyuan Yuguang Golden Lead Group and Anyang Yubei Metal Smelter have established an annual output of 30 kl sulfuric acid plant. The main technical route is that the low-concentration smelting flue gas enters the non-steady-state SO2 converter after dust removal and temperature reduction, purification and drying, converts SO2 to SO2, and then absorbs SO2 to obtain concentrated sulfuric acid.
