本刊上期一篇题为“欧洲造修船业谋求再度崛起”引起了我国相关部门的广泛关注,在业界引起强烈反响。欧洲造船业谋求在2015年前占据领先地位,并强烈要求通过WTO和OECD来限制我国政府对造船业给予特有的优惠政策及相关低利率融资等抵御市场竞争中所谓“不公平”。同时,欧洲造船业又将未来几年的目标定在加强研发和创新投入的基础上及如何解决目前造船融资困难等问题上。本期将继续邀请专家解析EU推出的《2015规划》中的具体内容。
The article entitled “European shipbuilding industry seeking to rise again” caused widespread concern in China’s relevant departments, aroused strong repercussions in the industry. The European shipbuilding industry seeks to take a leading position by 2015 and strongly demands that the WTO and the OECD restrict China’s government from giving “preferential treatment” to the so-called “unfairness” in market competition by giving its shipbuilding industry unique preferential policies and related low interest rate financing.
