目的探讨粉防己碱在抗肿瘤方面的作用及其机制的研究进展。方法检索、整理、归纳粉防己碱抗肿瘤方面作用的文献。结果粉防己碱能抑制肿瘤的生长;并可通过抗氧化作用来降低肿瘤的发生率;还可通过去除放射引起的G2/M期阻滞从而产生放射增敏作用;此外还有减轻放、化疗不良反应的作用。结论粉防己碱可通过多种机制来实现抗肿瘤作用。
Objective To investigate the role of tetrandrine in antitumor and its mechanism. Methods To search, collate and summarize the anti-tumor effects of tetrandrine. Results Tetrandrine inhibited the growth of tumor, reduced the incidence of tumor through anti-oxidant effect, enhanced radiosensitization by removing G2 / M arrest caused by radiation, and attenuated radiotherapy and chemotherapy The role of adverse reactions. Conclusion Tetrandrine can achieve antitumor effects through a variety of mechanisms.
