安康是我国蚕茧重点产地之一。为了加快发展绿色产业,建设绿色安康战略,实现安康经济社会突破性发展的科学选择,安康市做出了《关于大力实施蚕桑产业发展的决定》,明确提出了今后五年蚕桑产业发展的指导思想,主要目标和政策措施,描绘了十一五期间安康市以蚕桑产业为率先突破的绿色产业发展的美好蓝图。如何以创新价格运行机制为突破,运用价格杠杆,疏导阻碍蚕桑产业发展的价格矛盾,我们在此就十一五期间蚕茧价格管理提出粗浅意见。
