目的探讨大肠癌淋巴管生成情况与β-连环素(β-catenin)的关系。方法应用淋巴管特异标记物podo-planin检测96例大肠癌及正常大肠的淋巴管密度,以CD31标记血管作对比研究;免疫组化S-P法检测大肠癌β-catenin的表达。结果正常大肠黏膜β-catenin呈细胞膜阳性表达,大肠癌β-catenin主要呈细胞核和/或细胞质的异位表达,异位表达率为67.71%;大肠癌微淋巴管密度(microlymphatic density,MLD)显著高于正常大肠组织(t=3.624,P<0.01);大肠癌β-catenin异位表达组MLD显著高于非异位表达组(t=2.843,P<0.01)。结论大肠癌β-catenin异位表达可能是诱导大肠癌淋巴管生成的重要原因。
Objective To investigate the relationship between lymphangiogenesis and β-catenin in colorectal cancer. Methods The lymphatic vessel density of 96 cases of colorectal carcinoma and normal colorectal cancer was detected by podo-planin, a specific marker of lymphatic vessel. CD31-labeled vessels were used for comparative study. The expression of β-catenin in colorectal carcinoma was detected by immunohistochemical S-P method. Results The β-catenin expression in normal colorectal mucosa was positive in cell membrane. The expression of β-catenin in colorectal carcinoma was mainly in the nucleus and / or cytoplasm, with an ectopic expression rate of 67.71%. The microlymphatic density (MLD) (T = 3.624, P <0.01). MLD in ectopic expression group of β-catenin in colorectal cancer was significantly higher than that in non-ectopic expression group (t = 2.843, P <0.01). Conclusion Ectopic expression of β-catenin in colorectal cancer may be an important reason for inducing lymphangiogenesis in colorectal cancer.
