近日,福建省水利厅印发了关于2014—2015年度冬春水利建设及水利工程水毁修复实施方案的通知,明确2014—2015年度全省冬春水利建设及水利工程水毁修复计划完成土石方1.18亿m3,投资49.93亿元,投劳12173万工日,投放机械620万台班;新增渠道防渗2106km,疏浚河道615.5km,解决260万农村人口饮水安全问题,完成水库除险加固、维修养护259座,修复水利水毁工程5048处;新建小型水源工程新增蓄水能力278万m3,新增节水灌溉面积50.1万亩,治理水土流失面积687km2,新增有效灌溉面积7万亩,改善灌溉面积68万亩,新增、改善除涝面积18.2万亩。
