去年是中国少年先锋队建队60周年,在建队日前夕,中共中央总书记、国家主席、中央军委主席胡锦涛同志向全国少先队员发出了《争当“四个好少年”》的节日贺信,全国上下的少先队员掀起了学习胡总书记贺信的热潮。作为一名小学的总辅导员,我觉得我们必须脚踏实地,依托学校原有的各种资源,为少先队员营造良好的学习氛围,才能培育出更多的“四个好少年”。
