一、背景描述前滚翻分腿起是上海市小学《体育与健身》三年级教材基本内容,“身体活动”版块“滚翻”的学习内容。滚翻是不可缺少的重要教材,它对锻炼小学生身体的价值高,特别是发展灵巧性、柔韧性、协调性和定向能力,对于增强关节、韧带和提高平衡器官的能力有显著作用。笔者将前滚翻分腿起的单元教学设计为4个课次,本课为第2课次,在第1课次的教学中,学生已基本掌握了前滚
