本文对以HBN为原料静态高温高压法合成CBN时的转变机制进行了简要综述。重点介绍了两种流行的转变机制,讨论了BN有序度、合成块断口形貌和CBN表面覆盖的薄膜与两种转变机制的关系;还介绍了一种新的转变机制,指出了目前研究中存在的不足并对静态高压法合成HBN的转变机制的研究进行了展望。
