以8-羟基-9-甲酰基久洛尼定和2-胺基-1,3-丙二醇缩合反应得到新型久洛尼定衍生物L,其结构经1H NMR,13C NM R,FT-IR,HRMS,元素分析及单晶XRD进行了表征。通过紫外-可见光谱法研究了目标物L在纯水溶液中与阴离子的识别特性。在纯水环境下,目标物L作为探针可对酸性较强的HSO4-具有特异选择性识别。此外,通过紫外-可见光谱滴定实验和1H NMR滴定实验对其与HSO4-离子的可能识别机制进行了初步验证。
A new type of julolidine derivative L was obtained from the condensation reaction of 8-hydroxy-9-formyljulolidine with 2-amino-1,3-propanediol. Its structure was confirmed by 1H NMR, 13C NM R, FT- HRMS, elemental analysis and single crystal XRD were characterized. The recognition properties of the target L in the pure water solution were studied by UV-Vis spectroscopy. In pure water environment, the target L as a probe can be more acidic HSO4-specific selective recognition. In addition, the possible recognition mechanism of HSO4- and its ions were preliminarily verified by UV-Vis spectrophotometry and 1H NMR titration experiments.
