本文对我院108例患者共121个实性结节或实性为主结节术前进行二维及彩色多普勒血流检查,从中研究评价彩色多普勒血流在甲状腺结节良恶性鉴别诊断价值。1对象与方法1.1对象收集2012年1月~2014年3月在我院外科经手术病理证实的甲状腺结节108例,男19例,女89例,年龄19~67岁,平均43岁。1.2仪器与方法使用东芝7850超声诊断仪,探头频率为2~12 MHz。受检者取仰卧位,头向后伸仰。
