在信息通信技术(ICT)快速发展的新时代,人们在享受信息化带来的各种便利的同时,也不断受到各类安全问题的困扰和威胁,传统的安全理论模型和技术手段已不能有效应对越来越复杂的信息安全态势。围绕这个问题,本文论述如何运用ICT新技术打造可控、可用、可信的下一代安全网络。首先,介绍了网络新时代的特性及其面临的新的安全问题和挑战;然后,针对传统安全防护体系的缺陷探讨了下一代网络安全体系,进而说明了构造下一代安全网络的策略和方法 ;最后,分析了建设下一代安全网络需要采用的新型技术手段及存在问题。
In the new era of rapid development of information and communication technologies (ICT), people are constantly disturbed and threatened by various security issues while enjoying the convenience brought by informationization. The traditional security theory models and technical measures are no longer effective Respond to the increasingly complex information security posture.
