由民生问题引发的社会矛盾日益突出,社会稳定成了重大的社会问题和政治问题。在民生视阈下处理群体性事件,无疑需要新思维和新措施:事件原因公开要严谨、透明,主要领导靠前指挥,处置方式要灵活务实,处置过程中慎用警力,及时启动对责任官员问责。正确引导和处理群体事件,有利于促进社会进步与和谐。
The social conflicts triggered by the livelihood issues have become increasingly prominent, and social stability has become a major social and political issue.
