以丙烯酸(AA)、甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸缩水甘油酯(GMA)为单体,通过溶液聚合制备带环氧基团的丙烯酸酯共聚物。该聚合物与明胶通过溶液共混并交联制膜。利用红外光谱FTIR表征三元共聚物的结构和分子间的交联。考察聚合物中羧酸含量、明胶含量、溶液的pH值对膜渗透性能的影响,并测试了膜的交联度和拉伸强度。
Acrylates (AA), methyl methacrylate (MMA) and glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) were used as monomers to prepare epoxy acrylate copolymer by solution polymerization. The polymer and gelatin are blended by solution and cross-linked to form a film. The structure and intermolecular cross-linking of the terpolymer were characterized by FTIR. The effects of carboxylic acid content, gelatin content and solution pH on the membrane permeability were investigated. The crosslinking degree and tensile strength of the membrane were tested.
