公路隧道施工中控制隧道围岩在开挖后的变形,避免发生过大变形与破坏,为隧道二次衬砌争取时间是隧道施工中的关键问题。本文采用有限元数值模拟方法,模拟分析某一公路隧道的施工开挖过程,研究在不同的工况条件下,隧道围岩的稳定性,根据分析结果为隧道施工选择了合理的开挖施工方法,隧道典型断面的监测结果表明采用的施工方法能够满足开挖施工的安全及进度要求。
In the construction of highway tunnel, the deformation of the surrounding rock of the tunnel after excavation is controlled to avoid the occurrence of excessive deformation and damage. It is a key issue in the construction of the tunnel to gain time for the secondary tunnel lining. In this paper, finite element numerical simulation method is used to simulate and analyze the construction and excavation process of a highway tunnel. The stability of surrounding rock of the tunnel under different working conditions is studied. According to the analysis results, reasonable excavation method is selected for tunnel construction The monitoring results of the typical cross-section of the tunnel show that the construction method adopted can meet the safety and schedule requirements of excavation and construction.
