1986年7月7日至12日,世界卫生组织西太平洋区在马来西亚吉隆坡召开“使疟疾控制成为初级卫生保健的组成部分”专题讨论会。会议讨论了疟疾控制遇到的问题和阻力,检查了社区群众参与抗疟时所承担的任务和进行的活动,提出了一些有关通过初级卫生保健途径加强疟疾控制工作的建议。参加会议的有中国、香港、老挝、澳门、马来西亚、巴布亚新几内亚、菲律宾、所罗门群岛、瓦努阿图和越南等10个国家或地区的21名代表。会后,世界卫生组织西太平洋区办事处为该区成员国政府和会议参加者寄发了专题讨论会报告。本文是该报告的第四、五两个部分。文中的观点是与会者的意见,不一定反映世界卫生组织的政策。
From July 7th to 12th, 1986, the World Health Organization’s Western Pacific Region held a symposium on “Making malaria control an integral part of primary health care” in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The meeting discussed the problems and resistance encountered by malaria control, examined the tasks and activities undertaken by the community when participating in anti-malaria, and put forward some suggestions on strengthening malaria control through primary health care. The conference was attended by 21 delegates from 10 countries or regions including China, Hong Kong, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Papua New Guinea, the Philippines, Solomon Islands, Vanuatu and Vietnam. After the meeting, the WHO Regional Office for the Western Pacific sent a report on the symposium to the member governments and meeting participants in the region. This article is the fourth and fifth parts of the report. The opinions in the article are views of the participants and do not necessarily reflect the policies of the World Health Organization.
