多胚现象给柑桔类果树有性杂交后代合子胚苗的获得及鉴别带来一定的困难。自上世纪末开始柑桔人工有性杂交育种以来,国内外学者通过柑桔形态,化学成分,生理生化分析等手段对合子胚的鉴别进行了大量的研究。 植物孢子花粉形态比较稳定,叶荫民等(1982)就其在柑桔分类上的意义进行了研究。对于大多数为无融合生殖的柑桔种,花粉形态研究的意义更大,它对柑桔种的系统发育,系谱确定也提供重要依据。本研究于1987年4月至9月借助光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜,观察了杂交后代刘本橙及其亲本品种的花粉形态,探索其形态异同以及在鉴别杂种系谱遗传上的意义。
The phenomenon of polyembryon brings some difficulties to the obtaining and identification of zygotic embryo seed of sexual cross between citrus fruit trees. Since the beginning of the last century, citrus artificial sexual hybrid breeding, domestic and foreign scholars through the morphology of orange, chemical composition, physiological and biochemical analysis of zygotic embryos identification conducted a lot of research. Plant spore pollen morphology is relatively stable, Ye Yin (1982) on its citrus classification on the significance of the study. Pollen morphology is more significant for most citrus species with apomixis, and it also provides an important basis for the phylogeny and pedigree determination of citrus species. In this study, we observed the pollen morphology of the hybrid progeny Liu Ben-orange and its parental varieties from April to September, 1987 with light microscope and scanning electron microscope to explore their morphological similarities and differences and to identify the genetic significance of the hybrid genealogies.
