节约能源,降低消耗是当今氮肥工业技术改造的主攻方向。目前,我国现有的大、中、小型合成氨装置中尚有大量的废热、废汽未加利用,因此节约能源和余热综合利用的潜力还是很大的。本文介绍利用合成氨生产中产生的低温热能实现制冷,以满足生产中对于冷量的需要,从而降低吨氨电耗,下面就单级氨吸收式制冷装置作一简单介绍。
Energy conservation, reduce consumption is the main direction of technological transformation of nitrogen fertilizer industry today. At present, there are still a large amount of waste heat and waste gas in the existing large, medium and small-sized ammonia plants in our country. Therefore, the potential for comprehensive utilization of energy and waste heat is still considerable. This article describes the use of ammonia produced in the production of low-temperature thermal energy to achieve refrigeration in order to meet the needs of cold production, thereby reducing the consumption of ammonia tons, the following single-stage ammonia absorption refrigeration unit for a brief introduction.
