介绍了在三坐标测量机研制中 ,对光栅测量系统的设计时产生的测量误差的原因进行了分析 ,并提出了解决方案。实验证明 ,该方法可很好地解决测量误差的问题
Introduced in the CMM development, the measurement error caused by the design of the grating measurement system was analyzed and the solution was proposed. Experiments show that this method can solve the problem of measurement error well
