中国政法大学开设国际人权法选修课程,在法学理论专业下设立了人权法学研究方向,正式设立人权法学专业。在现阶段研究生培养过程中存在两个问题:一个是本科阶段缺乏系统的人权法知识培训,学生基础知识薄弱;另一个是中文教辅资料缺乏,学生学习目标不明,主动学习的积极性不高。针对这两个问题,本文提出了法大人权法硕士研究生培养方案的七条经验。
China University of Political Science and Law opened the elective course of international human rights law, set up the research direction of human rights law under the professional jurisprudence of law and formally established the human rights law major. At present, there are two problems in the training of postgraduates: one is the lack of systematic knowledge training in human rights law at undergraduate level, and the weak basic knowledge of students; the other is the lack of information on Chinese teaching and learning materials, the unclear aims of students and the low enthusiasm of active learning. In response to these two issues, this article puts forward seven experiences of the training program for postgraduates of Master of Arts in Human Rights Law.
