鞍山市话剧团,在1958年大跃进形势的推动下,在市委和市文化局的关怀下,成立了儿童剧队。鞍山市话剧团儿童剧队以演儿童剧为主,主要服务对象是少年儿童。全队现有演员二十八人,大部分都是热爱戏剧事业的十五岁到二十岁的高、初中毕业生,经过严格的考试选拔出来的。话剧团的领导非常重視对这些青、少年演员的培养,抽出了有经验的演员到儿童剧队进行政治和业务的辅导。除了每周有一定的政治时事学习以外,每天都有戏
