作为彩色电视显像管用三基色萤光粉,目前主要是采用红色萤光粉 Y_2O_2S:Eu、Y_2O_(?):Eu,绿色萤光粉(ZnCd)S:CuAl 或 ZnS:CuAl,兰色萤光粉 ZnS:Ag 等.关于硫化锌型萤光粉的研究早就有了大量的报导,多年来一直被认为是一种有效的萤光粉,并已广泛地应用于各种阴级射线管的萤光屏中,特别是 ZnS:Ag、(znCd)S:CuAl、ZnS:CuAl 萤光粉,已大量地应用于彩色及黑白电视显像管的萤光屏中。为了进一步提高萤光粉的质量,稳定生产工艺,有把握地生产指定发光特性、亮度高、色纯度好、涂敷性能好的高质量彩色萤光粉,对于兰色萤光粉 ZnS:Ag 我们着重从以下几个方面进行了研究。
