目的全面了解新疆阿勒泰地区存在职业病有害因素企业的基本情况和防治现状,为今后的职业病防治工作提供决策依据。方法采用横断面调查方法,制定统一的调查表,对存在职业病有害因素的企业进行现场调查。结果新疆阿勒泰地区调查存在职业病危害企业数为148家,新疆阿勒泰地区职业卫生专兼职人员只有24人。结论新疆阿勒泰地区存在职业病危害因素的企业以中小型企业为主,涉及多个行业类型,职业病危害因素种类比较多,职业卫生专职人才短缺。
Objective To comprehensively understand the basic situation and prevention and cure status of enterprises with harmful occupational diseases in Altay, Xinjiang and provide the basis for decision-making on prevention and control of occupational diseases in the future. Methods The method of cross-sectional survey was used to develop a unified questionnaire to conduct on-site investigation of enterprises with harmful factors of occupational diseases. Results There were 148 occupational hazards in Aletai region of Xinjiang survey and only 24 part-time occupational health professionals in Altay region of Xinjiang. Conclusion There are many small and medium-sized enterprises in Altay Prefecture, Xinjiang, which are involved in the occupational hazards. There are many types of occupations involved in the Altay region. There are more types of occupational hazards and fewer specialized occupational health professionals.
