Objective To investigate the scavenging effect of sodium dimercaptopropane sulfonate on acute poisoning of tetramethyldisulfonamides. Methods The number of CD97 and death in mice with TET acute poisoning after intraperitoneal injection of sodium dimercaptopropane sulfonate was measured. The behavior of rabbits after TET poisoning was observed by intravenous injection of sodium dimercaptopropane sulfonate Changes; observed icv trace sodium dimercaptosuccinate TET poisoning rats behavioral changes and tracings EEG. Results Peripheral administration of sodium dimercaptoprozin could effectively inhibit tonic convulsions in acute poisoning animals and significantly increase CD97 and decrease the number of deaths. Central administration of microelement sodium dimercaptosuccinate also significantly inhibited seizures, decreased mortality and inhibited brain The appearance of tonic convulsions in the electrogram. Conclusion Sodium dimercaptopropane sulfonate has obvious anticonvulsant effect on TET acute poisoning animals.
