在本室过去的研究工作中已經确定,花生在短日照(10—12小时)条件下,莢果发育良好,莢果数及莢果重均显著地增加。为了探求增产的日长效应的生理生化表现,在原来試驗的基础上进一步分析在不同日长下花生的莢果形态、生理活性以及在不同生育期中茎、叶代謝的特点。試驗是在1962年进行,包括春植与秋植两次,所用的品种是獅头企。茲将初步結果簡报如下:
In our previous research work, it has been determined that peanuts developed well under short-day conditions (10-12 hours), with significant increases in pod numbers and pod weights. In order to explore the physiological and biochemical performance of increasing day-length effect, we further analyzed the characteristics of peanut’s pod morphology, physiological activity and the metabolism of stem and leaf at different growth stages on the basis of the original test. The test was carried out in 1962, including two varieties of spring planting and autumn planting. The species used was Lionhead. I will brief the preliminary results as follows:
