当制动蹄摩擦片磨损需更换时,通常都是采用铆接的方法换片。这种方法简便易行,随处可做。但铆不好,两接合面间隙偏大,易产生铆钉剪断而导致事故。即使铆接的质量好,由于铆钉头使至少厚3毫米的摩擦面不能继续使用。也存在着摩擦片不能物尽其用的缺点。而且,对于底板薄的蹄片(如本文谈的花冠牌丰田轿车的制动蹄片)不能铆接,就更需探索新方法。花冠牌丰田轿车制动蹄摩擦片原是粘结的,我们也采用粘结工艺更换摩擦片,并做了性能试验,现将我们的作法介绍如下:
When the brake shoes wear friction plate to be replaced, usually using riveting method for the film. This method is easy and can be done anywhere. However, the riveting is not good, the gap between the two joint surfaces is too large, and the rivets are apt to be cut off to cause accidents. Even if the quality of riveting, due to the rivet head so that at least 3 mm thick friction surface can not continue to use. There are also shortcomings that friction plates can not make the best use of. What’s more, new ways should be explored in the case of a thin shoe (such as the brake shoe of the Corolla Toyota Corolla, discussed here) that can not be riveted.
