本文报道2例系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者应用布洛芬(异丁羟苯丙酸,Ibuprofen)发生过敏反应,及复习了文献报道的其他5例。例1 54岁SLE女性患者应用布洛芬400mg,每日3次,10天后出现全身性红斑丘疹及高热。停药后高热及丘疹消退。几天后因关节痛再次服用一片布洛芬后几小时即出现高热及红斑丘疹,且伴呕吐、腹痛,连续3天后停药。停药后第6天症状全部消失。
This article reports two cases of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients with ibuprofen (ibuprofen) allergic reactions, and reviewed in the literature of the other 5 cases. Example 1 A 54-year-old woman with SLE applied ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day for systemic erythema rash and hyperthermia 10 days later. After stopping the fever and pimples subsided. A few days later due to arthralgia take a piece of ibuprofen after hours of high fever and erythema rash, and with vomiting, abdominal pain, discontinued for 3 days. Six days after stopping the symptoms disappeared.
