本文通过对五次变跨门机制作工艺的研究,重点介绍了起重机主梁解体后再自由重组汇装,以满足不同工作跨度时的一机多用新型制作技术。主要针对如何克服由起重机主梁上拱度造成的不同截点上的不同起拱值的高度差的问题,经过多次研究讨论、现场跟踪、评估,成功的解决了这个问题,总结了主梁分段解体后再自由重组汇装成不同跨度的新型制作技术在起重机领域的新发展、新突破。
