本研究通过实验等研究方法对1000名大学生进行为期一年的实验,通过实验前后分别测量握力、肺活量、身高标准指数、肺活量体重指数、立定跳远、握力体重指数、三分钟台阶实验等指标,得出数据进行统计分析。研究结果表明:实验对象实验后的各指标都比实验前有了较大的提高,其中大部分之间差异具有显著性(P<0.05);学生进行大学体育选项课有助于提高学生的身体素质;研究与个人的兴趣结合,考虑其身体素质和个人差异,建立健康档案有助于更好地改善学生的身体素质。
In this study, 1000 college students were tested for one year through experiments and other methods. The indexes of grip strength, vital capacity, height index, vital capacity index, standing long jump, body mass index of grip, and three-step bench test were measured before and after the experiment The data for statistical analysis.
