随着城市基层社会的发展,执政的中国共产党如何加强自身建设,在城市社区这一新兴领域充分发挥引领作用,成为新的社会历史条件下党建面临的新课题。本文以上海市静安区静安寺社区“同心家园”党建新模式为实例,总结其基于社会认同的实践探索,进一步思考如何加强基层党建引领作用,更好地形成社区党建的整体合力,夯实党执政的组织基础。
With the development of urban grass-roots society, how the ruling Communist Party of China strengthens its own construction and gives full play to its leading role in this emerging field of urban community has become a new topic for the party under the new social and historical conditions.
