目的:对中药注射剂的临床不良反应发生特点分析。方法:选取我院2014年12月-2015年12月的46例中药注射剂不良反应报告,总结分析不良反应发生特点。结果:本次研究患者的不良反应表现主要为皮肤及其附件受损,其中60岁以上患者比例为34.78%、用药当天出现不良反应比例为80.43%。结论:中药注射剂在临床应用中容易出现不良反应,因此必须要加强防范,确保患者用药安全。
Objective: To analyze the characteristics of clinical adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injections. Methods: A total of 46 cases of adverse reactions of traditional Chinese medicine injections from December 2014 to December 2015 in our hospital were selected to summarize the characteristics of adverse reactions. RESULTS: The adverse reactions of the patients in this study were mainly the damage of the skin and its attachments. Among them, the proportion of patients over the age of 60 was 34.78%, and the proportion of adverse reactions on the day of treatment was 80.43%. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine injections are prone to adverse reactions in clinical applications. Therefore, prevention must be strengthened to ensure the safety of patients’ medication.
