目的探讨阿奇霉素序贯疗法联合匹多莫德治疗儿童支原体肺炎对血气分析指标及免疫功能的影响。方法选择支原体肺炎患儿120例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组60例,其中对照组给予阿奇霉素序贯治疗,观察组给予阿奇霉素序贯疗法联合匹多莫德治疗,比较2组患者治疗前(T0)、治疗3 d(T1)、7 d(T2)、14 d(T3)血气分析指标与免疫功能指标。结果 T1、T2观察组动脉Pa CO2低于对照组,PaO_2、SaO_2高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),2组T3动脉PaCO2、PaO_2、SaO_2水平以及T0、T1、T2、T3 2组动脉pH值比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组T1、T2、T3血IgG、IgA、IgM及C3、C4水平高于对照组T1、T2、T3时,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素序贯疗法联合匹多莫德治疗儿童支原体肺炎有助于早期改善血气分析指标,提高机体免疫功能。
Objective To investigate the effect of sequential treatment of azithromycin combined with pidotimod on children with mycoplasma pneumonia on blood gas analysis and immune function. Methods 120 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumonia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with azithromycin sequential therapy. The observation group was treated with azithromycin sequential therapy combined with pidotimod. Before treatment (T0), 3 d treatment (T1), 7 d (T2), 14 d (T3) blood gas analysis and immune function indicators. Results The PaCO 2, PaO 2, SaO 2 levels in the two groups of T3 arteries were significantly lower than those in the control group (P <0.05) There was no significant difference in the pH value of T3 arteries (P> 0.05). The levels of serum IgG, IgA, IgM and C3, C4 in T1, T2, T3 in observation group were higher than those in T1, T2, T3 in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Sequential azithromycin combined with pidotimod treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia can help improve early blood gas analysis indicators, improve immune function.
