近10年来,我们遇到7例患者(占心电图检查的万分之1.16),其心电图是典型的右心室肥大图形改变,而临床上既无引起右心室肥大的病因,亦无心肺阳性体征及其他检查的阳性反应,经过临床追踪观察多年,症状、体征、图形无明显发展,考虑属于一种生理变异,故暂命名为假性右心室肥大,现报告如下。
