随着社会经济的不断发展,国企改革的不断推进,我国的电力企业将会逐渐进入到买方市场的趋势,供电企业为了实现自身的可持续发展,必须进一步强化企业的人力资源管理与规划,将人力资源管理与规划上升到企业战略决策高度。当前,我国的市场经济体系逐步完善,进一步推动了电力行业的体制机制改革。面对新的发展形势,电力行业必须进行超前谋划,主动提前适应激烈竞争的电力市场形势,从而更好地应对市场经济变化带来的机遇与挑战。企业竞争实际上就是人才的竞争,电力企业只有实现人力资源战略规划才能够促进供电企业健康发展。
With the continuous development of social economy and the continuous promotion of the reform of state-owned enterprises, the power enterprises in our country will gradually enter into the buyer’s market. In order to realize their own sustainable development, the power supply enterprises must further strengthen their human resource management and planning. Human resources management and planning rose to the height of corporate strategic decision-making. At present, China’s market economy system has been gradually improved, further promoting the institutional reform of the power industry. Faced with the new development situation, the power industry must make advanced planning and take the initiative to adapt itself to the fiercely competitive electricity market in advance so as to better meet the opportunities and challenges brought about by the market economy. The competition of enterprises is actually the competition of talents. The power enterprises can only promote the healthy development of power supply enterprises only if they realize the strategic planning of human resources.
