贯彻落实“三个代表”重要思想和十五届六中全会精神,特别要注意克服不思进取、无所作为的思想状况,克服种种严重脱离群众的现象,坚决反对形式主义和官僚主义歪风。笔者认为,在这些方面能否取得实质性的成效,是检验学习实践“三个代表”的关键所在。联系原阳治黄开发工作的实际,应突出做好以下三个方面的工作。
We must implement the important thinking of the ’Three Represents’ and the spirit of the 6th Plenary Session of the 15th CPC Central Committee. We must pay special attention to overcoming the ideological situation that we can not think of making progress and doing nothing, overcome all serious phenomena of separating ourselves from the masses, and firmly oppose the unhealthy trends of formalism and bureaucratism. The author believes that achieving substantive results in these areas is the key to testing and studying and practicing “three represents ”. In order to get in touch with the reality of the work of the Yellow River Development Project, we should give prominence to the following three aspects.
