通过对2例退休7年和26年后因患肿瘤而发现合并石棉肺的诊断分析,提示对石棉粉尘作业工人应按《职业健康监护技术规范》,离岗后定期进行随访检查,即使超过随访周期,临床表现和胸片表现典型的也应及时给予职业病诊断。工伤保险部门应将这部分患者纳入正常的保障范围。
The diagnosis of asbestosis in 2 patients who had been diagnosed with tumor after 7 and 26 years of retirement suggested that workers on asbestos dust should follow the Technical Code of Occupational Health Monitoring regularly and follow up after leaving work regularly. Cycle, clinical manifestations and chest X-ray performance should also be given a timely diagnosis of occupational diseases. Work injury insurance departments should include this part of the normal coverage of patients.
