2008年金融危机给我国钢铁行业带来的影响并没有完全消除,到现在钢铁企业也还在经历着前所未有的冲击。在困境中保持钢铁企业的活力最重要的就是做好员工的政治思想工作,本文分析了现阶段钢铁企业在政治思想工作方面面临的困境并提出了在政治思想工作方面工作方法的创新。
The impact of the 2008 financial crisis on China’s steel industry has not been completely eliminated. Up to now, the steel industry is still experiencing an unprecedented impact. The most important thing to keep the vitality of the iron and steel enterprises in the predicament is to do a good job in the staff’s political and ideological work. This article analyzes the difficulties that the iron and steel enterprises are facing in the political and ideological work at the present stage and puts forward the innovation of working methods in political and ideological work.
