为了探索建立一套球罐无损的,安全评价的技术系统,在现场采用电测,反射光弹和声发射技术,对120m~3、母材为16MnCu球罐开展了实验研究。实验结果表明,在水压实验的条件下,采用上述的一整套技术能够清楚地观测到局部的应力分布,从而能直观的评价缺陷周围的应力状态,特别是能够查出具有明显扩展特征的缺陷——主裂纹形成的力学条件,所在的位置和活度的类别,从而为评价球罐的安全性提供有效的依据。
In order to explore the establishment of a nondestructive, safety evaluation system of the spherical tank, electrical test, reflectance photoelastic and acoustic emission techniques were used in the field to conduct an experimental study on 120m ~ 3 and 16MnCu spherical metal cans. The experimental results show that under the condition of hydrostatic test, the above-mentioned set of techniques can clearly observe the local stress distribution so as to evaluate the stress state around the defect intuitively. In particular, it can detect the defect with obvious extended features - The main crack formation mechanics conditions, the location and activity of the categories, so as to evaluate the safety of the tank to provide an effective basis.
