在北京市东城区“621骨干教师引领工程”的推动下,各幼儿园的骨干教师纷纷牵手年轻教师,在师徒结对中,帮扶年轻教师成长,促进师资水平的整体提升。在师徒结对中,师傅认真教,徒弟用心学,积累了许多的经验。在东城区学前科组织的经验交流会上,东棉花胡同幼儿园的市级骨干教师穆东燕老师,和她的徒弟魏薇老师的介绍,让我们清晰地看到了这对师徒是如何教学相长的。现将她们的发言整理如下,与大家分享。
