Objective To understand the changes of electrocardiogram in workers exposed to ceramic dust. Conclusion A total of 581 workers in a sanitary ware factory that contacted the ceramic dust workshop and 395 workers in the non-contact ceramic dust workshop were monitored for environmental occupational hazards and preventive occupational health monitoring ECGs, and the results were compared and analyzed. Results The concentration of airborne dust in working environment of dust collecting group exceeded the limits of national standards. The abnormal electrocardiogram of dust collecting group changed significantly (χ2 = 43.54, P <0.01), and increased with the increase of service life, the prevalence increased from 10.76% (Χ2 = 22.53, P <0.01). The changes of abnormal electrocardiogram mainly concentrated in 30 ~ 40 years group (χ2 = 4.27, P <0.05) There is no gender difference. Conclusion Workers exposed to ceramic dust for a long time may cause abnormal electrocardiogram changes. The main manifestation is sinus bradycardia. Health authorities and enterprises should pay attention to and intervene in order to protect their health.
